Dr. Rebecca Dell directs the Industry program and brings decades of experience in energy policy, climate analytics, and ocean science. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of Energy among other leading roles in the public sector, and was a scientist at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. She holds a PhD in climate science from MIT.
