Willy Guillon is the Executive Assistant to the Director of Programs for the Climate and Land Use Alliance.

Prior to joining CLUA, Willy worked in the private sector for 7 years as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. In this role, he supported multiple directors in a global high-network investment company.

Willy is committed to protecting our forests, oceans and wildlife. He is also passionate about representation and visibility for queer and trans people of color in business, art and media.

Willy earned a BA in International Relations and a minor in Journalism from San Francisco State University. He is a DACA recipient born in Peru and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
