Kelly joined CLUA in 2014 and serves as its Senior Director of Operations. Prior to joining CLUA, Kelly worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration in a program officer and grants management role serving the states of Illinois and Wisconsin as the agency’s point of contact. Kelly also previously served as a Community Relations Specialist in Kaiser Permanente’s National Community Benefit office, supporting Kaiser Permanente’s national grantmaking programs. Kelly has an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BA in Sociology from State University of New York, College at Geneseo.
