Ashley Kiel is an Operations Senior Associate on the Philanthropic Partnerships team. Prior to joining ClimateWorks, she was a Development Operations Manager at the Institute for Sustainable Communities. In this role, she supported organization-wide fundraising efforts to foster equitable climate solutions that build healthy, resilient communities. Ashley holds a Master of Environmental Policy from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware. When not working on climate change issues, you can find her on mountain trails with her two pups. She is based in Montpelier, Vermont.
