Alekhya Mukkavilli is an Associate Director in ClimateWorks’ Sustainable Finance Program, where she leads the program’s strategic grantmaking across topics related to private sector finance. Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Alekhya, has contributed to key biodiversity finance publications as part of a research group at the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability. She started her career at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, where she covered insurance companies, asset managers, and financial technology firms. After a year, she worked for two years in the Office of the CEOs of Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory division, where she worked closely with the Division’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategic Officer to identify strategic priorities for the division.
