Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa is an Executive Director and board member of Naspers Limited and Prosus N.V. Her extensive career includes serving as CEO of Shanduka Group.  She also had leadership roles at the Development Bank of Southern Africa and Fieldstone, which she served in New York and South Africa.

In January 2019, she was re-appointed to the Vodacom Group Board. She also serves on the advisory board of the Stellenbosch University Business School, the Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation, the United Nations Global Compact SA, Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA), and ClimateWorks Foundation.
