Vision and mission
ClimateWorks envisions a world where communities thrive and ecosystems flourish, sustained for generations to come. Our mission is to connect funders and implementing organizations worldwide to identify and scale transformative solutions across sectors and geographies, achieving faster, greater impact together.
Challenges
Amid the perils of intensifying climate impacts, economic inequality, and rising geopolitical tensions and conflicts, the climate crisis is outpacing philanthropy’s efforts to drive sustained action.
While there have been significant breakthroughs and many possibilities lie ahead, philanthropy now needs to become more agile, aligned, and deeply engaged with a diverse ecosystem of partners and countries to co-create solutions that accelerate climate progress and support a more just and equitable future.
