Dan Fahey is a Grants Manager at the ClimateWorks Foundation. He previously worked for several non-profit organizations including Swords to Plowshares, Military Toxics Project, Greenbelt Alliance, and Transparentem. He has investigated war crimes in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and researched the political economy of natural resources in Congo, Mali, Sudan, and Uganda. Dan taught at several schools including Deep Springs College and Colorado College. He also served in the US Navy on the USS Arkansas (CGN-41). He has degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Tufts University, and the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and writing.

Topher works on human resources administration and strategy, playing a critical role in HR functions including benefits and leave administration, onboarding, training and development, and recruitment. As a member of the HR team, Topher supports ClimateWorks’ efforts to attract, develop, and retain a qualified and diverse workforce.

Catina Heslip is the receptionist at ClimateWorks Foundation. In this role Catina oversees opening and closing the office, keeping supplies stocked, and assisting with visitors and employees for badges and access. She also keeps the break area clean and stocked, as well as the two kitchens and other spaces.

Catina joins ClimateWorks with experience in x lobbies for non-profits, as well as working for the city and county of San Francisco Controllers office for six years, as office assistant to a public city official.

Brian McCracken

Brian McCracken is the Chief Financial Officer at ClimateWorks Foundation. He has over 20 years of experience in finance roles and has led ClimateWorks’ finance team since 2012. Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Mr. McCracken worked as an independent financial consultant, helping establish financial and reporting infrastructure at for-profit start-ups in addition to several emerging San Francisco-based non-profits, including ClimateWorks Foundation, Taproot Foundation, and Tipping Point Community. Mr. McCracken was also a key member of the senior executive team at iSyndicate, a digital syndication company, where he held leadership positions in finance, products, and business development, Mr. McCracken helped lead iSyndicate from pre-launch to $12 million in annual revenues, and then brokered the sale of the company. Earlier, Brian managed the budgeting process and financial planning for Adobe. Brian holds a M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in economics from Whitman College.
